Joe Moon
Owner/President of Moon Construction Services, Inc., Joe has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years and he is personally involved with every project. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Alabama Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors and also serves on both the North Alabama Chapter and State Board of Directors for Associated General Contractors.
Rick Moon
A graduate of Auburn University, Rick is a Civil Engineer with EI Certification and Vice President of Moon Construction Services. He has over 10 years of construction experience.
Arthur DeVoe
Arthur is Head Superintendent for the Moon Construction team. He has worked with Joe for over 18 years and since the incorporation of Moon Construction Services, Inc., Arthur has been involved with each project. Arthur also serves as our Safety Coordinator.
